We know that touch, attention, presence and movement are therapeutic, especially when paired with a passion for the healing arts & sciences, years of study and clinical experience. We’re here to offer you the very best of what has helped our clients, and us, to experience greater freedom, balance, and confidence.

While many of our clients would like to call us experts, we maintain that the ultimate authority in your healing journey is you. We are here to serve as knowledgeable guides who have walked the walk and can help show you the way. We speak with you, not at you. We ask you questions, sometimes lots of them, to gain clarity on how to treat you. We offer integrative homework if you desire it. We ask you for feedback on what is and isn’t working. We adjust our treatments to best serve your needs and goals.
