Chelsey aims to recognize and treat the deep interconnected roots of each client’s ailments. She hopes to evoke curiosity, exploration and agency as she works together with her clients to help them feel and move well so they can live their best lives. Chelsey’s work has produced profound and lasting improvements in mobility, pain, posture, energy, and body awareness.

Chelsey completed her Rolfing® training with renowned faculty at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2017, and has been practicing full time in NYC ever since. A lifelong learner, she has also studied Somatics, Thai Bodywork, Meridian Yoga Therapy, ScarWork, and Neurovascular Release. Chelsey fell in love with yoga as a teen in her hometown of Buffalo, NY and has since done more crow poses than she can possibly count.

The Brooklyn Mindbody Collective (BMC) is Chelsey’s newest passion project, born from 4+ years of going it alone in private practice and feeling a deep desire for a supportive, interactive community of like-minded, professional healers. She is thrilled to welcome talented practitioners into the collective who share similar views on life, health and the mind-body-spirit. She hopes that clients who choose to work with us at the BMC find the kind & quality of support that they have been missing elsewhere.
