This session is totally tailored to your needs. Our experienced therapists use a blend of modalities like Trigger Point Therapy, Orthopedic Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Swedish will help your specific areas of concern.
A 90 min session leaves ample time to address the whole body while honing in on any specific areas, while a shorter 30-60 min session can be used for more targeted work. Our studios are designed to facilitate a state of calm relaxation that is the antidote to modern living.

A very effective manual therapy that involves gentle sustained pressure into myofascial connective tissue to help alleviate pain and restore motion. Think of Fascia as a sheath that covers your whole body, from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet, when a part of it is being restricted it may cause pain and limited range of motion in areas of the body.

This hands on technique has benefits that include releasing constricted areas in the muscles (“loosens knots”). A deep sustained pressure is applied to these “knots” which allow for pain relief and enhanced range of motion in just one session!
