Our instructors go way beyond the standard 200-hr certification with thousands of hours of interdisciplinary training and years of experience with teaching diverse populations. Craving relaxation? Opt for an easy flow with restorative postures. Want to sweat and get your stretch on? We’ll guide you through a dynamic flow with precise alignment cues. Need to care for an injury or condition? We’re experts at adaptation and rehabilitation. Tell us what you’re envisioning for your sessions and we’ll make it happen. We recommend practicing with us 1-3 times per weeks for best results.

  • These sessions aim to resolve specific problems pertaining to the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. They are helpful for pain and excessive tension, coordination and balance, or feeling stressed out, exhausted, or like you are stuck living “in your head” and want to get back to feeling grounded, open and energized in the body.

    We can include a combination of the following tools:

    • Traditional Yoga Postures to restore strength and suppleness to the soft tissues

    • Joint care & mobilization, great for stiff or achy joints and improving range of motion

    • Self-massage techniques to get into those troubled areas

    • Pranayama Breathwork and Skills of Meditation, great for settling and clearing the mind

    • Somatic Movement and Dialogue, ideal for those desiring a kind, gentle approach to stubborn pain/excessive tension that won’t go away no matter how much you stretch or massage.

    • Somatics can also be great for processing emotions that are stuck within the body and creating disharmony.

  • This full-length, 90-min session enables us to draw on more tools to thoroughly work toward your goals. We can include a combination of the following based on your needs and interests:

    • Traditional Yoga Postures to restore strength and suppleness to the soft tissues

    • Restorative Yoga Postures to deeply relax and release

    • Joint care & mobilization, great for stiff or achy joints and improving range of motion

    • Self-massage techniques to get into those troubled areas

    • Pranayama Breathwork and Skills of Meditation, great for settling and clearing the mind

    • Somatic Movement for down-shifting out of fight-flight-freeze and discovering new, easier, more pleasant ways to inhabit the body
