Have you ever noticed how certain patterns seem to play on repeat in your life?
Maybe it’s the way you always end up taking on more responsibility than you want to. Or the way you anticipate the needs of everyone around you—but can’t quite name your own. Maybe you withdraw when things get too chaotic… or try to control them so they don’t overwhelm you. Or maybe you just feel a vague sense that you’re not measuring up, no matter how much you do.
Most of us live from a set of strategies we learned early on—ways of coping, pleasing, avoiding, performing, or protecting ourselves that made sense at the time. Over the years, those strategies become part of how we move through the world. But here’s the catch: even if they helped us survive, they don’t always help us thrive.
That’s where the Enneagram comes in.
The Enneagram isn’t just a personality test. It’s a compassionate framework for self-understanding.
The Enneagram helps us see what drives us—the core motivations, fears, and desires that shape our inner world. It describes nine different ways of seeing and being in the world, each with its own gifts, challenges, and patterns of getting stuck.
And more importantly, it shows us what’s underneath our habitual behavior—not to judge or label, but to grow. It’s not about putting you in a box. It’s about showing you the box you’re already in… and how to move beyond it with clarity and compassion.
For many people, learning about their Enneagram type feels like a lightbulb moment. Things click. Emotions that felt tangled make sense. There’s relief in knowing you’re not the only one who struggles with these patterns—and hope that transformation is possible.
That’s why I’m teaching a live class—just for beginners and the Enneagram-curious.
If you’ve ever said:
“I’ve heard of the Enneagram but don’t really get it.”
“I think I know my type, but I’m not totally sure.”
“I took a quiz once, but it felt confusing.”
“I want to understand myself and others better.”
This class is for you.
Here’s what to expect:
🕛 Thursday, May 9 | 12:00–1:15pm ET (Virtual)
Core content runs from 12–1pm so it fits into your lunch break
Optional Q&A from 1–1:15pm for anyone who wants to stay and ask questions
During this 75-minute session, you’ll learn:
What the Enneagram is (and what it’s not)
An overview of the 9 types and their core motivations
Why certain patterns are so hard to break
How to begin identifying your type (even if it’s not obvious)
What the Enneagram can offer beyond just a label
What to explore next if you want to go deeper
Whether you’re totally new or just want a fresh, clear introduction to the whole system, you’ll walk away with more insight—and a map for continuing your growth.
So… have lunch with me?
Bring your sandwich, your notebook, and your curiosity. This will be a casual, welcoming, no-pressure space to begin learning.
Even if you’re not sure the Enneagram is “your thing,” I believe this tool has something to offer anyone willing to be honest, kind, and curious with themselves.
You might just see yourself—and others—a little more clearly.
