Many of us desire to feel more agency and autonomy in our lives, and yet continue to spiral in patterns of shrinking ourselves, people-pleasing, and self-sacrifice. It isn’t your fault if you find yourself here – our nervous system is always trying to protect us from what hasn’t felt safe to express or embody in our past. But imagine feeling fully empowered, self-expressed, and able to stand strongly rooted in all of your relationships…

In this experiential workshop, we will explore ways to gently and safely connect with the part of us that wants to say “NO.” With playfulness and creativity, you’ll learn simple movements, visualizations, and somatic practices designed to awaken your personal power.

So the next time you need to set a boundary with your boss, family member, or even your inner critic, you’ll be able to bring new awareness and practical tools to support you. Protecting what matters most to us is so vital to living a life of deep meaning and purpose.
