You will be guided through a short yoga sequence concentrating on balance that will allow you to experience how tuning in to your foundation improves stability throughout your entire body.

You will gain valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your daily routine for lasting benefits. No prior yoga experience is required—this workshop is accessible to all levels of experience.
