How to Get the Most From Your Rolfing® Ten Series

Rolfing is a combination of bodywork + client education that brings about lasting changes in pain, tension and posture over the course of 10 sessions. The effectiveness comes from a teamwork approach: what I do as the practitioner (reading the body, manual techniques, somatic techniques, etc.) and what you do as the client to integrate the work (engaging with the work in the spirit of exploration both during and outside of the sessions). This integrative element is key to co-creating lasting changes. We are not aiming for instant perfectionism but rather a genuine willingness to engage with the ways in which you inhabit, relate to and move in your body.
