Somatic Anxiety Coaching
You’ve done the work. But your body still feels anxious.
You’ve talked about it in therapy. You’ve read the books.
You know your patterns inside and out.
But the looping thoughts, the tension in your chest, the overwhelm that catches you off guard—it’s still there.
If that’s where you are, you’re not doing it wrong. You’re just missing a piece of the puzzle:
Your nervous system.
A New Way Forward
I work with self-aware people who’ve already done a lot of inner work—therapy, coaching, spiritual practice—but are still carrying anxiety in their body.
You might look calm on the outside but feel like you’re constantly bracing inside.
You might know what’s driving your anxiety, yet still feel stuck in the cycle.
You might long for a different way of relating to your emotions, your body, your life.
This work brings your body into the conversation—so that real, lasting change can begin.
The Body-Based Anxiety Method™
This approach is grounded in nervous system science—not mindset work.
You don’t have to talk your way out of anxiety. We’ll work with it directly, in the body.
The Body-Based Anxiety Method™ is a four-part process I use to help clients move from chronic stress into regulation and relief:
Awaken: Understand how anxiety shows up in your body—your go-to response pattern (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn)
Resource: Learn and practice simple, effective ways to create safety and grounding in your system
Repattern: Gently shift the protective patterns that are keeping you stuck
Integrate: Bring regulation into your everyday life so relief isn’t just temporary—it’s sustainable
You’ll gain more than awareness. You’ll gain capacity.
And over time, your nervous system will start to do something it hasn’t done in a while: trust.
What to Expect
We start with presence, not pressure.
In early sessions, I’ll guide you in building body awareness—learning how to track sensation, recognize activation, and connect to what’s happening underneath the surface. You don’t need to feel confident in this right away. I’ll meet you where you are.
As we continue, we’ll explore patterns of anxiety, stuckness, or shutdown through gentle, body-based practices. That might include breath, movement, posture, or stillness—always led by what’s emerging in the moment and what feels safe.
The work is relational, grounded, and experiential—not something to perform, but something to feel.
Not about fixing what’s wrong, but supporting what’s right and possible in your system.
What Becomes Possible
As your nervous system starts to shift, you might notice that your life does too.
Clients often describe:
Feeling less hijacked by stress and more steady inside
Being able to pause, sense, and choose a new response
Sleeping better, breathing deeper, and moving through their day with more ease
Setting boundaries without panic or guilt
Reconnecting to their body’s “yes” and “no”
Feeling more like themselves—more alive, more present, more free
This isn’t a quick fix. But it’s the kind of change that lasts.
