Join us for a transformative 4-week somatic class designed to help you stay connected to yourself during life’s overwhelm. "Anchored Within" teaches three core somatic practices—Centering, Rowing, and Two-Step—offering practical tools for managing stress, staying grounded, and aligning your inner values with your actions. Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, navigate transitions with ease, and move from stuckness into purposeful action.

  • Duration: 4 weeks

  • Class Length: 1.5 hours per session

    • November 5: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

    • November 12: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

    • November 19: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

    • December 3: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

What You’ll Learn Each Week -

  • Week 1: Centering – Becoming Present, Open, and Purposeful
    Discover how to ground yourself using the Centering practice, shifting from the thinking mind to somatic awareness. Explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and learn the basics of gathering more information from your body.

  • Week 2: Rowing – Moving into Action and Overcoming Stuckness
    Learn the Rowing practice, focusing on how to move from a state of stillness or overwhelm into action. Dive into Polyvagal Theory and somatic shaping, understanding the patterns that keep you stuck and how to work through them.

  • Week 3: Two-Step – Finding a Center During Transition
    Use the Two-Step practice to find stability during moments of change or transition. Explore somatic resourcing techniques that help you stay connected to your body and inner calm, even in the midst of life’s challenges.

  • Week 4: Integrating Values and Spirituality through Somatic Practices
    Return to the Centering practice with a focus on aligning your actions with your core values. Learn how to live with greater integrity and explore the idea of embodied spirituality, where mind, body, and spirit work together for wholeness.

Alicia Divers is a trauma-informed Somatic Coach, Spiritual Director, and Enneagram Practitioner dedicated to guiding individuals inward to foster deep transformation. Her work centers on nervous system regulation, embodied self-awareness, and living in alignment with core values.
