The practice of energy healing has been around for centuries in cultures all over the world. Energy healing has roots in ancient forms of medicine; in our practice, we leverage several techniques informed by Chinese medicine, Reiki, and the Eden Method.
About Energy Healing
Energy healing is a practice that promotes healing of the mind, body and spirit. The word Reiki, for example, is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". During an energy healing session, I will work to remove blocks and balance the natural life force energy flow within your own energy body. After an energy healing session, clients often share feelings of greater connection to the world around them, their own inner knowing, and their communities.

What to Expect
We’ll begin with a thorough intake to understand your mental and physical health history, conditions, and reasons for seeking Energy Healing. Because healing is never one-size-fits-all, or even one-size-fits-the-way-it-did-yesterday, we then craft each and every session to your needs and goals.
Energy healing requires minimal to no physical touch, making it a great healing option for those who prefer no to low-physical contact. Clients often sit or lie down in comfortable clothes on a bodywork table as the practitioner channels and directs energy to their energy body, working along the body’s seven subtle energy layers. Energy Healing is traditionally done with the client fully dressed in comfortable, stretchy clothing while sitting or lying on a bodywork table.
Sessions can vary in length, from a quick 30 minute tune-up, to an intensive 90 minute, deep energy healing. After each session, we'll discuss anything that came up for you, any blocks or disruptions in your energy body, and methods you can explore to continuously tend to your energy. (Note: “Spirit Sync” sessions will explore spiritual health, in addition to energetic, mental, and physical health.)
New clients typically come in every 1-2 weeks for a period of time while we are working on specific issues and goals. Returning clients looking for recurring maintenance appointments typically come in every 4-6 weeks.
