Every physical body also possesses an energy body, or an intelligent energy field that extends 3-5 feet off the physical body. Energy bodies contain unique stories of a person’s memories, wisdom, and potential. Through mixed method energy healing, Milo surfaces the wisdom held in clients’ energy bodies, sharing what they find along the way. This practice offers a unique medium for clients to explore their mind, body, and spirit through the wisdom that their energy body holds. 

Milo is an intuitive systems-thinker. By approaching energy healing with a keen eye for underlying imbalances, somatic underpinnings, and energetic patterns, Milo can support clients shift energetic imbalances that contribute to chronic pain, illness, and mental and emotional stress. Milo often works with clients who couple energy healing with additional mental or physical therapies, and tailors energy healing sessions to expand the effects of concurrent healing methods.

Fascinated by creating stronger systems – whether energetically or materially – Milo’s career began in public policy, local government, and social justice. Prior and parallel to energy healing, Milo has led user experience design for social services systems and managed a city-based initiative to accelerate the impact and influence of women, trans, and nonbinary people in tech. Milo holds a Master’s in Public Policy Analysis and has worked in housing, child welfare, welfare and food security programs, economic development, public safety reform, unemployment benefit issuance, and just transition across local, state, and the federal government.
