We start out with a thorough assessment of your goals, conditions and health history to create a customized treatment plan that combines private one-on-one Physiyoga sessions with a home exercise program. Our treatment plan will include a broad range of tools like functional movement assessment, breathwork and rolling; myofascial release and strengthening exercises, and experiential education about pain science, movement mechanics and alignment. Because the work is holistic, we can also include dialogue about lifestyle factors that may be influencing the body’s condition that we are trying to improve, such as stress, work, exercise, social connections, spirituality, somatics, diet and sleep.</image:title>
